1) About Ascenda Luna
Ascenda Luna is a premium fashion & lifestyle brand with an emphasis on science-inspired design and storytelling.
Our online store operates primarily in euros (€), with equivalent pricing displayed automatically in local currency based on the customer’s region.

Each Ascenda Luna garment is the result of dedication, creativity, and precise craftsmanship. We invite our customers to treat every item with the same respect and care with which it was created — honoring the time, effort, and passion poured into bringing it to life.
3) Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4) Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€) or their equivalent in local currency and are subject to change without notice.
Taxes and duties (where applicable) are calculated at checkout or upon import.
We accept all payment methods displayed at checkout.
An order is considered accepted when you receive our confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory or fulfillment issues).
5) Product Information & Availability
We strive for accuracy, but colors and details may appear differently due to screen settings, lighting, or batch variations in print-on-demand production. Limited editions may sell out without notice. Measurements are approximate within typical manufacturing tolerances.
6) Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms (rates, destinations, lead times) are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Ascenda Luna applies a flat shipping rate of €10 per order (or equivalent in local currency) — regardless of the number of shipments or fulfillment centers involved.
Orders over €120 (or equivalent) qualify for free shipping.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Please review our Returns Policy for conditions, timeframes, and instructions. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned according to policy guidelines. Certain items may be final sale for hygiene or customization reasons.
8) Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions are time-limited and subject to terms stated at the time of offer. Unless explicitly allowed, promotions cannot be combined. If an order is returned/refunded, promotional value may be voided or adjusted.
9) Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos (including the Ascenda Luna wordmark and monogram), graphics, images, text, audio, and video are owned by or licensed to Ascenda Luna and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
10) Music Rights
All music released under the Ascenda Luna name is an original creation, crafted with dedication to honor human effort, scientific achievement, and personal triumph. These works are protected by intellectual property laws worldwide and may not be reproduced, distributed, performed, or used without prior written consent from Ascenda Luna.
11) User Content & Feedback
If you submit ideas, designs, comments, reviews, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant Ascenda Luna a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such content for marketing, operations, or product development, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not infringe third-party rights.
12) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to: illegal activities, violating IP rights, attempting to bypass security, scraping, spamming, or interfering with site performance or transactions.
13) Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways, shipping carriers, print-on-demand partners). Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Ascenda Luna is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascenda Luna is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the total amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
15) Force Majeure
Ascenda Luna shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, power or internet failures, carrier issues, or customs inspections.

17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Athens, Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services.
