At Ascenda Luna, every product is crafted with care and attention to detail.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, while also ensuring our policies protect the integrity of our brand and the quality of our offerings.


1) Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories

  • A return authorization has been granted before sending the item back


2) Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-printed or personalized items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., earrings, masks, water bottles)


3) Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund — including all shipping costs — at no expense to you.


4) Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (non-defective items), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Outbound shipping costs charged at checkout (flat €10 per order, or equivalent in local currency) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Ascenda Luna cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


5) Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


6) Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.
For size or style changes, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
